Responsibilities：

• Lead and oversee the planning and provisioning of aircraft spares for scheduled maintenance checks (e.g., A Check, C Check, and other maintenance events), ensuring material readiness and on-time support.
• Monitor, track, and ensure closure of all Engineering Orders (EOs), providing regular spares status updates and escalation when necessary.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of material control staff; assign work, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to procedures and compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in material control processes, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Procurement, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to support operational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices in material handling and control.

Requirements：

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation material control or supply chain management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Fair spoken and written English. Proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel when required.
